REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASES ON THE SITE (www.u-wigo.com).
RETURNS
At LYA ELECTRONIC CORP we are constantly working to build a great customer experience through all our business lines.
Our U-WIGO team is always making their best effort to ensure that all our products are designed and built to be just what you need.
We understand, however, that sometimes an item may not be what you expected. If that happens, we will gladly study your case and (if eligible) accept your return for any undamaged U-WIGO or U-NIV3RS3/ LYA ELECTRONIC CORP products that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
U-WIGO´s team may test the devices that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned device that is damaged through customer misuse is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a fee based on the condition of the product or be denied the complete refund.
Return the purchased item, accessories included, and original packaging along with the original receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it (if eligible) or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The refund does not include the shipping charge of sending the item(s) to you or return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).
We only accept returns for items purchased through www.u-wigo.com. If you purchased a U-WIGO or any of the U-NIV3RS3 items from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
Additional non-returnable items: Downloadable software products.
TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN:
Pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in) remember it must be returned in the original packaging with all the cables and included accessories. This is very important to be eligible for a refund/return.
Include a copy of your packaging slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- U-WIGO order confirmation number
- A note about why you’re returning the item(s)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event, you no longer have access to this account, or it is no longer active, please contact us via email, to comply with your request.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Also, check the warranty of the products.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
